They do not require water for their operation, has a system of stainless steel pecheros to extend the life of parts subjected to harsh conditions.

As a feature, when an element such as stones, screws etc., falls at the moment of pulping, the disc is not damaged, this element is removed and continues with the pulped.

• El modelo 1600, puede procesar desde 1.500 Kg/h aproximadamente con un motor de 1 Hp, con polea de 2.1/2”
• El modelo 3200 puede procesar desde 3.200 Kg/h aproximadamente, con un motor de 1.5 Hp, con polea de 3”

La velocidad de giro es de 270-300 Rpm para ambos modelos.

CALIBRATION

Easy calibration of the arms against the disc with 5/16 round rod and 4cm wide and 3/16 thick sinkers.

Both models have pulp blowers to improve pulping, are easy to maintain and perform very well.
