They do not require water for their operation, has a system of stainless steel pecheros to extend the life of parts subjected to harsh conditions.

As a feature, when an element such as stones, screws etc., falls at the moment of pulping, the disc is not damaged, this element is removed and continues with the pulped.

• The 900 model can process from 900 to 1,000 kg/h with a 3/4 HP engine.
• The 1800 model can process from 1,800 to 2,000 kg/h approximately with a 1 HP motor.

Both engines must be with 2" pulley and the turning speed is 270-300 rpm.

CALIBRATION

Easy calibration of the arms against the disc with 5/16 round rod and 4cm wide and 3/16 thick sinkers.

Both models have pulp blowers to improve pulping, are easy to maintain and perform very well.
